Please fill out each box as appropriate, before sending the application check that every detail you have given is correct and accurate. We will store the completed application form in our database and we will send you a notification of its receipt.

CAMP FEES AND DISCOUNTS

Further help to complete the form:If you would like to apply for more than one round of camping, you may fill out more than one. Eg. The 1st and 2nd rounds separately, or the 3rd and 4th rounds separately. Naturally you may choose different themes for each round. The sending of the application form has been successful if, once you have pressed the “Ok, I've filled everything out. Now send!” button, a message appears on the top of the screen confirming it. For any other case, the site will inform you of the mistake and recommend its adjustment. If after this, it still doesn't seem to want to comply, please contact us through one of the means available to you (see the bottom of the page!)

BRINGING SOMEONE ALONG – THE RULES
  1. You will find information on the discounts available for bringing someone along on the DISCOUNTS page.
  2. The discounts are available for each round of camping to which you bring along 3 or 5 (exclusively for new campers who have never camped with us before) people.
  3. The discounts are only valid if the person you bring also gives us your name.
  4. If someone has applied and, following their application, they manage to bring along another camper later, they can apply for a discount either via email or telephone. We will add this to their application form.
  5. You cannot bring each other along.
  6. If someone has already applied and claimed that they heard about the camp through the internet, or a television programme or newspaper etc., they cannot change this later. So AFTER applying, you can only change to become someone bringing some else along and not the other way round.
  7. If one of the campers you have brought along does not show up, you lose your discount(s). The applicant's (person bringing someone) guardian or sponsor, by completing and sending the application form, accepts the responsibility to pay the appropriate amount for the applicant's participation fee, should this happen.
  8. The discounts for campers bring someone else along are available exclusively to our Kecskemét camps and campers.
  9. There is no room for legal remedies.
TRAVEL
PAYMENT – CONFIRMATION OF SPONSOR'S PAYMENT

The sponsorship fee for 2 rounds of camping is 2 x 47 000, that is 94 000 HUF.
The sponsorship fee for 3 rounds of camping is 3 x 47 000, that is 141 000 HUF.
The sponsorship fee for 4 rounds of camping is also 3 x 47 000, that is 141 000 HUF.
DVDWe make video recordings and take photos of every round of camping. A disk is prepared by the last day of camping, which contains all of these. The price of the disk is 1 500 HUF (with several hundred photos, videos, music and PT memories). The disk will be handed out to everyone in the cafeteria on the last day, just before going home. You can pay for it upon arrival or at the bus. Should anyone leave early, but want a DVD, we will of course send it via post.
This is not an order form, you won't be undertaking any sort of obligation, it is just to give us an idea.

HE / SHE IS TAKING HIS / HER INSURANCE CARD (OR A PHOTOCOPY OF IT) WITH HIMSELF / HERSELF. • I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE PEOPLE TEAM STAFF ARE IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SPORTING OR OTHER ACCIDENT, SHOULD IT OCCUR THROUGH THE FAULT OF THE CAMPER. • WE WILL VISIT THE SLIDE PARK DURING THE COURSE OF THE CAMP. PLEASE LET US KNOW IN THE SPACE MARKED “NOTES” IF THE GUARDIAN DOES NOT GIVE THEIR PERMISSION FOR THIS. • THE GUARDIAN ACCEPTS RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES UNDOUBTEDLY CAUSED BY THE CAMPER. • BEFORE COMPLETING THE APPLICATION FORM I CAREFULLY READ THROUGH ALL OF THE PREPARED / PUBLISHED INFORMATION RELEVANT TO THE CAMP.
